STISD is pleased to announce it will host virtual graduation ceremonies for the four high schools - Health Professions, Medical Professions, Science Academy and World Scholars - at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30.
The district is partnering with Dynamic Video Group to put together ceremonies that feel as real as possible for all of our graduating seniors and their families. The ceremonies will include many of the same components as an in-person graduation ceremony and will allow for a customized video clip of each senior in cap and gown experiencing his or her “walk.” The events will be livestreamed through our district website and Facebook account so that family and friends are able to “attend” and celebrate alongside the graduates.
The district continues to look into options for in-person events for the seniors later in the summer.
