From South Texas to Hollywood: Valente Rodriguez Visits STISD World Scholars Theatre Arts
Students in the Theatre Arts program at STISD World Scholars (World Scholars) had a unique opportunity to learn directly from a professional actor whose journey from South Texas to Hollywood began not far from where they are today.
Valente Rodriguez, a South Texas native and accomplished film, television and theatre actor, visited the World Scholars campus to connect with Theatre Arts students and share insight from his decades-long career in the performing arts.

Science Academy Esports Team Wins National Championship in Marvel Rivals
The STISD Science Academy Esports Marvel Rivals team added a national title to its growing list of accomplishments this summer, claiming the championship at the ESC National Esports Tournament in Orlando.
